Poor Customer Service

Visited service department at VW Vereeniging. Not the greatest of service.

Stood at the service department to be assisted, the ladies were so engrossed in there pc's, not one of them could look up to ask if I have been assisted.

Rina finally assisted me when she was done with her client. Other ladies just ignored.

I have bought plenty of cars from VW, is this the service we should get in return?
