poor customer service

I phoned in on the 31st of July cause I wanted to book my car for sservice and I was answered by a white lady who asked me to leave my numbers and that they will call me back and they never did, again I phoned in today aanswered by the same lady who transferred me where the phone rang with no answer for about 13min until I ran out of airtime
