Poor customer service

I ordered a harness from VW Witbank 4 weeks ago which I was told that it will take 1 week for me to have it. Paind the amount in full. I'm still waiting for the part. I'm told that the part is coming from Germany. Should they told me that it was going to take more than 4 weeks I was going to source the part somewhere else. I don't get any feedback from the dealer I'm the one who has to call and enquire. They have no way to track where the part is. I wish I never bought a VW, but I can guarantee that my next car won't be from VW, there's absolutely no professionalism.
