Poor customer service

Brought in a car on the 4th of December 2017 for a clutch replacement ,authorized on the 5th, to wait 3-4 working days for fitment. Today is the 18th no feedback for the past week and when I call the manager Leanne is telling me they're short staffed even for a lousy 5 minutes to give an update on the progress of the car
