Poor customer service

<p>VW replaced my car battery less than a year ago, now it's faulty. They are refusing to replace it. I have escalated but they will only get back to me in 24 hours.in the meantime, I don't have transport and tried to explain it to WV. They just don't care... really poor customer service. </p>
