Poor Customer Service

<p>On the 27/09/2016 I took my car for service at VW Soweto in Klipspruit then later when I collected my car me and the lady who was doing a handover noticed that my service book was not inside my car then she went back to check with the service department people. She returned to tell me that they said it was not in the car, I told her it was in my car and I have never took it out then I said I will also check at my place. The following day I phoned to tell her I didn't find it she must again check in their place, I later phoned her she said there was nothing. I have never removed my service book from the car and wouldn't use it for anything, the last time I checked it was on Thursday when I booked online. On the 04/10/2016 I phoned Goodwill and explained to him of what happend then he said he will find out and get back to me, until today I haven't heard anything from him.</p>
