Poor Customer Service

I am making this review for my fiance who has been calling VW for over 3 weeks now. His Tiguan R Liner has a problem with the sound system and the Grahamstown VW hasn't fixed it. They had a look at it and said they will tell him when to bring it for it to be fixed coz they are waiting for a part that they need to use to fix it. They haven't fixed the right door window which doesn't open. I am so disappointed coz the car is still under warranty. Due to the sound issue, we cannot listen to music in the car this includes the radio and Bluetooth connected music which makes the journeys we take boring. Please assist VW ASAP you can do better. I know coz u have the potential to assist my fiance. This is stressing him alot coz this is an expensive car and the sound system is an integral part of the entertainment when driving this Beast.
