Poor communication & service delivery

Bought a VW Beetle from ClaremontVW (VW Mastercars Claremont). Worst communication channels and service we have experienced from a car dealer. This was as a present to my wife and specifically ask for delivery on latest Wednesday 23 May in Pta. They confirmed car will be on the truck from Cpt to Pta on Monday. Car never loaded on Monday. Car then loaded on 22 May and now told by GM they can only deliver on Monday 28 May. 6 days from Cpt to Pta ??? If this was communicated to us we would made alternative arrangements. Poor poor communication channels to the client.
