Poor communication by VW Parow Voortrekker - Rowena

I took my car for service on the 15th December 2023 and everything went well.. However the lady (can't remember her name) VW Parow Voortrekker Road told me because it's a public holiday she will send me my documents and invoice via email on Monday.. Untill today I am still waiting for the email even Rowena *** is no longer replying to my WhatsApp. I feel ****** because I was not given anything that shows me exactly how much did each item on the in service cost and excatly what was done onto my car.
