Poor and *********** service

<p>Having purchased a used 2013 model VW Touareg from an Audi dealership in October the vehicle had a few faults that required repairs. The vehicle was sent to VW Strijdom Park as they are the Touareg 'experts'. A pattern that has emerged is that following each repair or more accurately attempted repair the vehcile was returned with new faults that was not present before. Never have i had the car back for longer than 8 hours before a new or old fault manifested/re-manifested itself.</p> <p>The vehicle was not checked properly even thohgh the delaer had it for three weeks the last time - this is clear as the coolant level of the vehicle was low when i receved it back.</p> <p>E-mails are not responded to and issues are not followed up to completetion. After several emails to the service mamager were not responded to i contacted the dealer pricincipal and was promised that the issue would be followed up and that i would be contacted by the service manager. Another day has now passed without any contact or response.</p> <p>I believe that the issue is due to the fact that i did not purchase the vehicle from them but they are responsible for repairs on the vehicle.</p>
