Poor

It’s with great disappointment and shame that I type this, having bought a brand new 2022 T-Roc at VW Hillcrest The airbag lights went on and I immediately went in to the dealership to report on the 22nd October 2023 as it was shocking since I bought this car brand new and it has never been in an accident to date. They then advised the parts would be ordered to fix the problem, however I did state I now feel unsafe driving the car but up till today nothing has been done… VW am I missing something with regards to this model because this does not make sense to me!!!!

No feedback has been giving to me everyday I’m driving in fear and putting my family in danger not sure if this is the kind of service given to all your clients
