Polo Vivo = STAY AWAY

I am fed up with Volkswagen! I bought a brand new Polo Vivo in 2014..WORST decision ever. Volkswagen had to replace the ignition and battery 4 weeks ago because it was a constant battle to try and start the car. They did not offer a courtesy vehicle or provided me with feedback during the 2 weeks that the car was in for repairs. I had to go to Volkswagen to fetch my car and they simply apologised and said it was a factory fault..part of the ignition was missing. 2 Weeks down the line..same problem. The car is currently at Volkswagen again for over a week.No feedback..no courtesy vehicle offered and I am battling without a car. I should have kept my Ford Figo. Stay away from Volkswagen!
