Polo Vivo brake Shudder

I got my Polo Vivo hatchback in 2014. Around March 2015, I started to experience shuddering on the brakes whenever I would hit the brakes. I took the car to VW Menlyn and they replaced the brake discs. The shuddering went away, only to return about 4 months later. I took it back to VW Menlyn and they skimmed the brake discs and did wheel balancing. Shuddering again went away only to return again. Now I took the car to VW Autohaus Centurion and they quoted me R5600 to replace bearing housings which they believe will solve the problem.<br> <br> A lot of people are having the same problem with their Polo Vivos and I think it's about time VW SA took responsibility for this obvious factory fault. How much must one spend to resolve this. I am not even sure replacing the bearing housings will solve the problem.
