Polo Vivo 2019 clutch pedal noise

Good day, I've been receiving a very poor service from VW, I've booked in my car to the VW dealerships probably 6 times within its first year of purchase(New car) and this excludes the time I booked it in for service, from widow issues to clutch pedal making noise. I had to book it for the 3rd time at a VW dealership for them to find there's actually a fault on my clutch pedal. Every time I book it I get inconvenienced not once have I been offered a courtesy car, when I booked it on Thursday(29 October 2020) I was without a car until Monday(2nd November 2020), on the same day I picked it up from VW I ended finding out that my steering wheel is now rotated towards the right side its not straight like before. Now I have to yet book it in again and again im inconvenienced because I know they not going to offer a courtesy car. I need to drive to work everyday I cannot afford to be inconvenienced because I have been given a problematic car. For a brand new car I have had a very bad experience with it, all the complaints I've logged with VW on their website aren't helping because the calls im getting are from VW dealerships only but nothing else, im just getting a poor experience all together
