Polo Vivo 2017 models Faulty

I am very much concerned with the manner in which VW produced the Polo Vivo 2017 models, especially 1.4 Hatchbacks. First of all consumers are ********** in terms of the functionality and safety of the vehicle. This is evident by the fact that the gear knob of this model is not fastened to the gear stick, and when changing gears you will be surprised when it is detached from the gear stick while the car is in motion. This compromises the safety of the customers and other motorists. Another thing is that the accelerator pedal feels like it has a gap, it doesn't respond quickly as a normal accelerator should. When going to VW the consultants tell you they are all the same. This is just wrong, the standard of manufacture is just poor. It also needs to be considered that mostly Polo Vivo is bought by first time car owners, who are mostly inexperienced and may not know when there is a problem with a car. Therefore, I urge VW to rectify their factory faults and apply relevant procedures in so doing. This is so unfair.
