POLO TSI DSG
<p> </p> <p>I Purchase a VW polo TSI DSG which is so faulty and unreliable</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I have not recieved good service from this vehicle</p> <p> </p> <p><br />On 8000kms the turbo packed up and needed to be replaced, After a Fight with the Dealer and VWSA i managed to get a Courtesy vehicle </p> <p> </p> <p><br />This was after basically fight and complaining as the dealer refused to replace the vehicle</p> <p> </p> <p><br />the vehicle now has +- 22000kms </p> <p>It only had its first service</p> <p> </p> <p><br />The vehicle left me stranded n the side off the road due to malfunction</p> <p> </p> <p><br />As i was driving on the highway , the vehicle lost complete power and almost involved my family and i in a accident, the vehicle went dead , The EPC light came on and vehicle refused to move</p> <p>The Vw road side assistance did nothin but tell me to contact my insuranc enad get my vehicle towed to the nearest dealer</p> <p> </p> <p><br />This vehicle is not safe, Try and picture my problem</p> <p>Im with my family on the highway and all of a suddent the vehicle dies off completely with no warning , This could have costed us our lives, Luckily i madnaged to get on the emergency lance without causing an accident</p> <p> </p> <p><br />the vehicle is now in the dealer for 3 days , VW Midrand and VW sa refuse to assist me with a Courtesy vehicle for all my troubles</p> <p> </p> <p><br />This is frustrating and annoying, I have missed work and starnded for transport</p> <p> </p> <p><br />they refuse again to replace this vehicle as it was baought brand new ,</p> <p> </p> <p><br />When i buy a brand new vehicle , I expect it to be SAFE and reliable </p> <p> </p> <p><br />This is the worst purchase ever and i regret buying this vehicle</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Its more of a hazard to me and my family</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Im disgusted with the brand and service i have been recieving</p> <p> </p> <p><br />When buying a brand new vehicle you expect quality, </p> <p>I hate this purchase which was quite expensive</p> <p>Im afraid that after th warranty is over , Im going to be inline for huge expenses and my safety has been compromised which is totally unacceptable!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Still till today VW Dealer or VW SA has not come to the party with a proper solution</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am in the process of gettign all my documentation and taking this matter further</p> <p> </p> <p><br />This is pathethic aftersale service </p> <p>This vehicle is a HAZARD and i will never purchase this brand again or refer my friends and family due to my experience</p> <p> </p> <p><br />just imagain buying a brand new vehicle and experienceing so much dissatisfaction especially with SAFETY!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Plus tehy dont want to replace the vehicle!</p> <p>I expect a New vehicle to be reliable thats the reason i purchased brand new!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />This is just pathetic and not fair nor safe </p> <p> </p> <p><br />Regards</p> <p>Wayne</p>
