Polo TSI Clutch not Releasing

I bought a Polo TSI 1.0 in 2020 and it had a clutch problem in that all peddlers were very hard. I book it in at the Midrand VW branch and the clutch was replaced, but it does not release when depressed at a stop or engage in any gear. I have to switch the car off and for it engages it to any gear. I book it again on 29 September 2022 and I was told that they have blown the air out of the clutch but the problem persists to date.
