Polo Life TSI 1.0 DSD - Is a TERRIBLE car

I bought a brand new Polo life TSI 1.0 DSG, from as early as purchasing it, it started giving problems like rolling back in a steep if it had been stationery, start/stop faulty. The final straw was when it was on 14****m and it overheated and stopped being stuck in traffic in Durban on the day of Comrades Marathon. The car was taken in, after diagnosis I was informed the problem was caused by driving style. The blame was placed on me even though this is an automatic. Few weeks later from again it displayed the start/stop error which I managed to take a picture as evidence, again I was told there is no issue with the car. Now in September it started making funny noises, I recorded the sound, took the car and nothing was done. I spoke to Hatfield dealership manager as that is where I bought the car, they inspected it again, they requested I send the recording of the sound, and also error pictures as they said they acknowledge the problem but don't know what to do, they need all the information to escalate to the Main VW. It has been 3 weeks I think, I have not gotten any feedback, I feel my life is in danger, basically from when I started reporting issues but VW does not care.
