Polo GTI 14 2012 model

Hi Good morning ive took my Polo Gti14 2012 model in for a service for the gear box of the car.After the 6th or 7the time returning it for the same problem for the gear box they find the actual problem on the car.From the 1st service the car wouldn't go into D drive or R reverse the i must putt the car back into P parking and then back into D or R to drive or reverse there was a problem with electronics ont he gear box from the1st service. Each time i told them that when i took the polo back for the same problem it was somerhing small on the car that they said and charged me for the service but ive got insurance the problem is that it wasn't the main promblem after the 6 or 7th time now thay actually got the problem that should have been fixed the 1st time and are charging me R27 000 for the same problem i had for the 1st service on my car the electronics on the gear box.Now the insurance is only covering more than half but i must still pay in 9000 rand i dont have that kind of money im going away nexst week friday the 11/12/2015 they could ive fixed that problem on the 01/06/2015 why now they've got the problem thats very bad service on my car.My car is there now for a week i stil
