Polo gti 1.4 2013 oil consumption

<p>I have a polo 1.4 GTI 2013 giving me endless problems since day one I visited this branch last year after I purchased it,because the oil light kept flashing.....at the time the car was still under factory warranty and I was Reassured by Lester the garage manager that the the job card won't be closed until the problem was fully resolved.. ..after doing tests and driving 1000km everytime the oil sprayers was changed then they Reassured me that the problem was fixed after driving another 5000km the car started to consume oil again.... ever since that time I have been back and forth fighting these people who then just drained and topped up my oil all the time. I can't even drive far because of the cars oil consumption....</p> <p>After new management I'm dealing with new people again coz clearly VW has not been keeping track record of my car....<br /> They did some tests again and now found out that my pistons of my engine are all broken....I was then told that this is the problem for the oil consumption by Greg but why wasn't my engine open while still under warranty last year?</p> <p>Meanwhile I'm sitting with their loan vehicle and they foned me about 3 weeks ago to tell me that VW is paying 100%of the parts and 30%of the labour.....</p> <p>2days later Greg fones me to tell me that because I have a Bidvest warranty of R25000 which he was well aware of they decided not to pay and that I am fully liable for the outstanding<br />R21000....<br />What the hell how can such a big company make promises accepting liability and then just go back on their words like that.....</p> <p><br />Worst service ever ,very unhappy customer<br />Now I'm being harassed by them for their loan vehicle BUT I'm being inconvenienced by driving their polo 1.4 tsi while I'm paying so much money to drive a GTI</p>
