<p>Everyone in society, we all, want to trust when buying a 2nd hand vehicle that it will be a trustworthy and reliable one. Especially when it's a 3yr old and comes with only 53000km.</p> <p>One would think its a good buy.</p> <p>We just want to get to work and back safely.</p> <p>We want to feel that the exuberant cost we carry to have private transport is worth the financial sacrifices.</p> <p> <br />When a Multi National Pty like Volkswagen provides a product to a client, is it to much to expect the product to be of quality?</p> <p> <br />Who would expect a modern vehicle to start falling apart by 97000km. After already paying out of pocket R9000 for the 90k service, now only two and a half months later, to fix a dud car that only got me to work and back for a few weeks another R45 000 more! If it's not an oil leak its the exhaust or the airbag switch and and and. It is simply unaffordable. Its 100% disappointing that the quality of product provided by so called genuine part car dealers will create another problem so short down the line.</p> <p> </p> <p>Being 34, with a life expectancy of say 85, I have +/- 10 vehicles left to buy every 5yrs.</p> <p>All I have to say to VW is this – I am 1 guy, and me not being a client of yours wont make a blip on your bottom line radar. All I can hope for is you will take note, and more importantly that my message will reach as many good people out there as possible to help them before they make a purchase.</p> <p>I have lost faith in the brand VW.</p> <p> </p> <p>My Grandmother has a Toyota Corrola, more than 10 years+ older than the VW Polo I bought, with more than double the kilometres ans still going strong.</p> <p>#justsaying!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
