PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUES

I bought a car from VW and ever since I've had a problem. 1stly their customer service sucks . you take your for a service and they cant even take you home. within a few months of buying the car my clutch, belly pan and brakes has been giving me problems, TOOK IT IN FOR A SERVICE AND THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS AND THEY AWARE OF IT . my case with head office is VW H/I *** Rika is dealing with my case but my issues is still not resolved. I've dealt with VW Autohaus centurion form the dealer to head office no seems eager to provide me with basic customer service . is that too much to ask . from a paying customer
