Pink Pom Pom

I took my car for a service to vw trisec in trichardt Mpumalanga on the 19th of December and was helped by a white lady with white hair i made sure take out all my belongings in my car but my key had a big pink pom pom on it and to my surprise when I fetched the car the pom pom keyholder was gone and I know for sure that the guys responsible for the service they will not take it im really utterly disappointed at vw and their stuff especially the lady who took the car from me she saw the pom pom and took it for herself i want it back who does that. *****
