I took my polo in for a service. The service was good and everything was completed to satisfaction. However, after dropping off my vehicle I was bombarded with phonecalls about all the little add-ons. I was advised that my windscreen had two chips and they could be filled. I was aware of a chip in the middle of my windscreen which was fairly large. I thought, why not get it filled before it cracks. After fetching my vehicle I noticed that two other (smaller) chips were filled but not the bigger one. This means that Philwest new full well that they could not fill the big chip and that the windscreen would need to be replaced but still decided to bill me for the smaller chips. They obvious did the job I paid for but they have been ethically *****ed in my eyes. That's not how you do business or treat your customers.
