Pension not paid Barloworld Tokai

Barons Tokai has not made a pension pay out to an employee who resigned on 26 January 2018. The employee signed the documents and gave them to Yvette Forsberg who is currently ignoring her. Mbico their broker says they have not received any requests from Barons to make a pension fund payout. Imagine if I would have to buy a car from a company like this.
