PDC on vehicle not Factory fit as per Quote

I order a new Jetta from VW The Glen - JHB, my request was 2 extras: PDC + Smash and grab<br> The dealer gave me a quote stated PDC factory fitted, smash and Grab dealer fitted <br> I except it <br> When I was told to collect the vehicle, I was told My vehicle [referred to the same quote they send to me witch state PDC factory fitted] from PE is at the dealer<br> After collecting the vehicle I found out the PDC was not factory fitted and it is only fitted to the back of the vehicle <br> I informed the dealer within 2 weeks, with pictures taken from other VW cars at a other dealer and my car that I think the PDC is not Factory fitted, It took them 7 months to install it in front, but I did not realized that they cannot fit it as per the Factory<br> 1. With factory fitted PDC my car radio must change when in revers, my car radio does not do it <br> 2. With this PDC I cannot put on at tow bar - it is not Tow bar friendly <br> 3. The front PDC goes mad when driving in rain- I then must turn it off <br> I also find out this vehicle was never ordered for me, but for some other branch and it came in to SA without PDC<br> This PDC was after market installed from the beginning and I did not knew or agreed to it<br>
