Paying for things on my Polo thgat I never recived.

<p>Good day</p> <p>I need assistance please.</p> <p>My VW Polo was written off in a vehicle accident and when my insurance paid out we discovered that there were "EXCESS" things on my vehicle. The problem I have with this is my vehicle never had for example tinted windows and the vehicle came standard with radio and mags(Comfortline). I now have to pay almost R15000 on my written off vehicle for things that was in my HP agreement but that I never had on my vehicle. How do I solve this issue.</p>
