Pathetic VW

Pathetic! To start off. Since I bought my 1ste car in 2014 up until now, I had 6 different VW cars but after today never buying a VW again.

Long story short. My 3rd party warranty declined a claim I have put in because of gearbox never been serviced before. I told them I didn't knew that the gearbox have to be serviced.

VW Tavcor George did clutch and flywheel replacement in 2021 1 week apart 1st they did the clutch and I came back because noise still on gearbox, they told me flywheel needs to be replaced, wheel they didn't do it in the 1st place I don't know. I was never informed, not even after the dealership did repairs on my gearbox, that I need to service the gearbox at certain intervals. Last week Friday Dealer Principal at Vw Tavcor George told me, and I qoute " It is not the dealerships responsibility to inform customers" like in my case now. Friendly advise I would recommend them.

Today I spoke with Vwsa complaints department. The lady told my that the gearbox was serviced before they can see on the history but not allowed to make the report available. So I told her if she can send me the reports because it could help to get my claim approved, she refuse to and said the not allowed to do it. Told me thank you for time blahblahblah and she cut the line.
