Pathetic staff and service at VW uitenhage

This is applicable to VW marketsquare in Uitenhage. We bought a car from a dealer, Jp van der merwe. Everything went smoothly with the deal and we had no problems. We then went late last year 2022 to renew our license disk as it was expired, we then found out from the lady at the desk that we cannot renew it as our car has never been through a road worthy test. We contacted the dealer who then explained we need to do the road worthy and we will be reimbursed the R500 that we had to spend. Since then we have been fighting with both this dealer, and branch manager Johan de jager as well as accounts to get our money back. Jp even told my husband that he didn't want to let them see it was his mistake as he would then have to pay the money out of his salary. The branch manager has just sent empty promises that he will follow up and send the proof of paymens bit stil until no avail. The accounts department just said theres nothing they can do. We've tried contacting them numerous times now but no one answers us. We just want our money back that we've been foghting for almost 2 months now. A big company in SA but they can't even do reimbur*****ts right. What a shame. Pathetic service
