Pathetic Service of VW SA

In October 2013 i bought a Polo VW comfort liner and installed a Zenec ze-nc2011d touch screen radio with gps,bluetooth, etc from VW barons Bellville Cape Town. In February 2015 when i wanted to updated the gps i received an error message saying \cannot open with your licence". I contacted the zenec/ [URL Removed] for help and i was informed that there is nothing they can do as the code was cracked and i feel that the feed back was not positive at all i mean i paid close to R12000 for that unit. VW SA also informed me that there is nothing they can do as the radio was not factory fitted. My main concern is why does VW sell/endorse this products to consumers if they won't do anything if something goes wrong"
