Pathetic service, No customer service, Unresolved Queries

I am so sick and tired with the poor service delivery from VW SA and there respective dealers. This is my experience with them for the last 3 months, my gearbox was stripped 4 times and I am still experiencing the same issues. The level of communication is poor and not consistent behind employees at the dealership and me. I had an agent from VW SA who **** that to me, she then cut the call and never called me back. Is this the level of service you give your customers???? Pathetic. I regret buying a VW and I will never buy another VW because your after service is pathetic.
