Pathetic service. No accountability

Worse customer experience ever. I was interested in buying a Vw Polo Tsi and Ballito VW offered me R12 000 less on my settlement for my trade in car but I was referred to another buyer by the salesman to sell my car privately. I sent my relevant documents through and was approved for the car at Vw ballito. I sold my car and made contact with the salesmen(Mike Bako) to finalise my application and take delivery of my car but I was advised that the car I was interested in buying was involved in an accident and there was structural damage to the car and he could not sell the car to me. He then offered me another car with a higher mileage and to make up for the disappointment he was going to give me FREE smash and grab. Something did not seem right and I contacted Sipho who is the used car sales manager. Sipho advised that the car was actually sold a week ago and there was no structural damage to the car. Sipho admitted that I was **** too by Mike Bako. I am so irate and disgruntled because I sold my car and then I was **** too and could not get the car I wanted. Sipho did arrange for another car with another dealership but it does make up for lies, deception and greed. VW SA informed that my query will be handled at dealer management level and guess what it's been weeks since my 1st complaint and still no call from the dealership. VW Ballito just does not care, it's business as usual thinking that this complaint will just go away. It's funny how the salesman will call you so many times prior to you buying the car but once the sale is made or if their is a complaint there is no calls after.
