Pathetic Service & Maintenance from VW

<p>Since January 2015 i have been struggling with VW regarding my Touran. After taking my car in for a check up and service my engine light came on. After numerous attempts of taking the car in and suprisingly being told that there is always a problem or a part that needs to be replaced, the ENGINE light stayed on. I have logded complaints with VW SA but up till today nothing. What they are actually trying to tell is is " Do not make YOUR PROBLEMS OUR problems". They do not want to help you in any way. We are not important to them, the only thing that is important is their STATs pertaining SALES of their CARS. I will not recommend them to anyone anymore.</p>
