Pathetic service from VW South Africa

I purchased a brand new Polo Vivo from Volkswagen Pinetown on the 12 August 2020. After 3 weeks of having the vehicle I advised the dealership of the fault with the one of the speakers and water was collecting on the step rail. Besides the inconvenience of me now having to return the vehicle to be inspected I was afforded the unpleasant experience of speaking to a service advisor that was very condensing and arrogant. After some poor service the car was returned to me only to find the problem was actually not resolved. They sent me a report that stated the speaker was replaced the water collection on the inside of the step rail was normal. I did again advise the dealership the problem persists and that now I have rust on the hinges of both back doors. Without any joy from the dealership I escalated the matter to VW South Africa, they promised a call within 48 hours however being anxious to resolve I called them only to hear I would need to wait another 3 days before they would advise how they will resolve but most likely repair under the factory warranty. Today is the 1 October 2020 and the vehicle is not even 2 months old but there is rust accumulation, my speakers all don't play simultaneously and the dealership has no answer. I attempted calling and emailing them today and no response. Please can someone explain to me how a brand new vehicle with 18kms, yes less than 100kms has rust, collects water on the inside step rail and speakers don't work after being repaired. Please do not purchase any vehicle from VW Pinetown also know as Alpine Motors. The after sales service is pathetic to say the least. The service advisors are rude and arrogant and VW South Africa stand behind their dealerships, their poor workmanship and much lacked customer services. The saddest part of escapade is I have previously owned 4 other Volkswagen vehicles and never experienced this much heartache and pain. VW South Africa would like to repair a brand new vehicle less than 2 months old that has rust.
