Pathetic Service From Newcastle VW

I have given my car to Newcastle Vw for repairs. The car had a misfire and i drove my car to the dealership. Vw tried to assist me as my car was under an aftermarket Warranty. The warrarnty company 1st got a quotation of R41000 from VW, to repair the fault. The warranty company requested a engineers report and i paid for this and they found that the block and pistons had to be replaced. VW then quoted the Warranty company R183000 to fit a complete new engine. They guys at VW stated to me that factory does not sell the block separately and they sell it as a combo with the head as well and that alone was R133000. I just needed a sub assembly and pistons as they found no fault with my head. My car was at Newcastle Vw for about 4 and a half months. Obviously the warranty never pay and only said they will pay R12500. i then told VW that i want my car back and i will fix the car on my own. They quoted me R6000 for the stripping of the engine and engineers report. Today when i went to pay them and take my car away, the invoice showed that i had to pay them R7100 for the stripping of the engine ( they did not fix or sort out anything, they just stripped the engine and found the fault ). I was upset but paid them as i just wanted to have my car back with me. When the car arrived home, i noticed new scratches and dents on the car. I immediately called Vw back and told them that I noticed these new scratches and dents on my car. The guys there say that the scratches and the dents were on the car before I brought it in. The guy stated if i had a look at the check sheet when my car was brought in and i was currently looking at it at the time and there was nothing showing that there was scratches were the new ones are. They requested that i take out pictures and send it to them. I have owned a Vw from the time i have had my 1st car. The service that Newcastle VW gives there clients is PATHETIC and i am really upset with the way this issue has been handled..
