Pathetic service

I bought car last year December at Strijdom park in Randburg which i paid cash and i was told due to long holidays in December i will get my ownership papers in January which i didn't have problem with because of everyone was going away. January i had to call numerous time and told that the previous owner didn't submit all the papers. I was asked to wait 21 days so that they can help with registration which i did and guess what January passed same thing in Feb we are in March and no one is really helping with the matter at all. I have to do follow up on my own and its really draining. I paid more than 250K without negotiating anything assuming its a reputable dealer only to find out that definitely not
