Pathetic service by VW Tr-isec Trichardt and VWSA.

I sent my VW Polo Bluemotion to Tri-sec for check ups because it was showing (1)filter, (2)EPC, (3)Engine block and it was losing power,I took it to VW Tri-sec for check ups and repairs on tuesday 21/04/2015 since it is still under warranty, but nobody is updating me about anything,I phoned on wednesday asking for the feedback because i was on standby I really needed the car since i can't do the standby without a vehicle , the service advisor told me that the problem is the gasket between the engine and exhaust manifold and he promised me that the gasket is ordered and it is expected to arrive on thursday afternoon or early friday and i should expect the car on friday. but nobody is updating me about the progress, since i could get no joy from Trisec on friday i phoned VWSA in PE, I spoke to the lady, name is Angelique and explained my concern to her but she is also not helping me, i am writing this complain to hello peter because i am tired of VW people and their nonsense. its been to VW 5 times since i bought is in 2012 brand new, they don't even give me a car to use while it is in for repairs but they do provide my white colleagues when their cars are in for repairs. VW sucks.
