Pathetic Service by VW Maponya

My car was taken into VW Maponya yesterday 20th Feb 2018 and NO ONE took the time to call back & advise as to what the progress it UNTIL i had to pick up the phone and call them to enquire & i was fed the most pathetic news ever!!!! I was advised that the injectors are faulty? HOW? THESE WERE REPLACED IN AUGUST so how can they be faulty AGAIN???? then when we requested for a courtesy car in the interim we fed more nonsense that THERE ARE NO CARS AVAILABLE..What nonsense is that?? Is it preferential treatement that takes over when chosing who gets a car and who doesnt???? How am i supposed to get to work and back home without a car??? Then next hing you fing the imcompetent Service booking consultant Prudence who is NEVER at her desk when you call o chase progress... yesterday i was left stranded with NO ONE to pick me up to take me home, this after being told that someone from the dealership will fetch me...

This is the most DISGUSTING service EVER!!!! THAT CAR MUST BE FIXED BECAUSE I REFUSE TO BE INCONVENIENCED DUE TO THE INCOMPETENCY OF THE DEALERSHIP!!! VW is supposed to be RELIABLE brand so HOW DOES IT HAPPEN THAT EVERY NOW & AGAIN IT MUST GO IN FOR REPAIRS ....????????
