<p>Took my car for check up @8 am because there was a noise coming from the engen . Only for of confirmation was that your car is in the work shop later i received a voicemail that i need to call them bk it took me an hour to get hold of this agent that tried to call me . when i get hold of her she made me speak to the mechanic and he told me that they cant hear the noise . when i booked in my car had told Lesedi whom was assisting me to book in the car to take the car for a drive if they cant hear the noise. They called me again around 5pm to tell me they took the car for a drive and they cant hear the noise they further told me they coming to pick me up so that i can drive the car in the present of the mechanic so that we can listern noise together. when i got there i waited a while to be attended to eventually mechanic came out of the work shop with my car. I drove the car hardrly 50m or less than a minute in the car and i heard the noise which we both listerned to it.The time was 6pm when he digagnosed my car to say it was a water pump. I was really disappointed and the way i felt was to sell my car so i didnt have to deal with VW .</p>
