Pathetic Service

<p>I purchased a new Golf 7R in 2015. the breaks have been squeaking quite badly so decided to take it for the dealership for a check up. The person working at VW ask me how often i wash my breaks.....really????</p> <p>Furthermore i was interested in another 2 Rs and a 7GTI that was on the floor for my brother and a friend and 2 months later still no call.</p> <p>My breaks are still squeaking and still very irritable.</p> <p>Absolutely pathetic service, unless they extremely busy with sales</p>
