Pathetic Service

I bought a car on 26/10/2019 and the sales agent was Paul Maloka , the service was good and all was well . On 30/11/2019 , the car started to leak petrol /oil and I contacted my insurance to tow the car as I was scared to cause major damage .I contacted VW Soweto from 02/11/2019 , the consultants transferred me from one person to the other and the phone kept on disconnecting . I finally spoke to someone who advised that they will get someone to call me back ' I'm still waiting . I called again today 03/12/2019 , same thing happened . seems like before the deal is sealed , they are willing to offer 'Good Service ' and as soon as it is done , you can't even get the manager on the phone . All I want to know is , who can assist ? does the warranty still apply ? Mamoleko Msimanga - ***
