Pathetic Service

On the 4th of January 2019 I took my car for service at VW Market Square in Uitenage and the service I got there was poor boarderline pathetic,I got there at 6:00 was the first car on the que they took my car inside the workshop at 7:30 and I was left there sitting in their lounge no one came to explain to me what was going on I sat there until 13:00 still my car was not out I bothered my self to go and ask what was taking so long , the lady called the workshop only to find out that they had not even touched my car I continued to sit frustrated and hungry mind you I got there at 6:00 still no one attended to me even the lounge I was sitting in the couches were torn the tv was not working generally the place was dirty WiFi also not working ..I’m never taking my car there let alone buying from them . I love the VW brand but dealerships like this give it a Bad Name/image . There service there Sucks I will never recommend that dealership to anyone .Thanks I hope VW S.A deal with this
