Pathetic Service

Four days for a basic cv joint replacement - wrong cv fitted initially. Then car had to stay in a further three days to have the inner cv fitted. No update calls nothing...a customer has to call in for progress reports... Last time I'm doing a service at this branch.....worst service ever :-(
