Pathetic Service

Took my car to VW for service on 2 occasions, & both times, my car came back with the service light still on, which made me wonder if the car was even serviced, I had to back to them to have the light resert, still took the car for the 3rd service on the 4th November , this time, 2 days after the service, there was a huge noise coming from the engine, especially when I switch the aircon on, then I went back to the dealer to report the matter, I was then told that I need to book the car again, this was now on the 7th November, the service advisor (Khatoon) told me that she will order the fan which was apparently broken, and then she will let me know when to bring the car, up to this day, no one has ever called me to bring the inn or anything, I logged a complaint with their customer care, and they both promised to come back to me, until this day I have not heard a word from Mahommed who was supposed to intervene in this matter. VW Polokwane has the most appalling service anyone can ever think of, this Khatoon women is so ***********, and shouldn't be a service advisor, I will never take my car there ever again, I am really disgusted by the service in all levels at VW Polokwane
