Pathetic Service

I bought my car in April last year . Since than I have been having endless problems with the Service that i have received. Yesterday i got a flat tyre in the middle of now where when trying to change the tyre myself a woman soul alone on the high i find that the spare given to me with the Vehicle is to small i am unable to use i had to call my fiance to help. When he got there ge tried changing the wheel by putting the spare wheel on he also finds that its to small. We had to pay some some bring to where i was and to fix the tyre bring him back to put back the old tyre because the spare wheel was to small. I have just about had with VW Strijdom park first they scratch my door when i took it for the first service , they drive out my petrol and to top it off every time i take my car in it comes back broken ,scratched with something other than whats its taken in for. Than i need to take the back for them to see they don't reimburse me . I was told by the Car Services manager Andre that because the door was scratch by them i will be compensated for that , I'm still waiting for that in black and white. I must call numerous times and do the follow ups. The first i got my car there a huge scratch on the bonite , the mash and grab was not fixed i had to take it back and was told a long story. I sick and tired of this pathetic service I'm getting for something i paying for it might a cheap car to them but its mine that i work very hard for.
