Pathetic service

If you are around Rustenburg and owns a VW vehicle, I hope it doesn't break down and needs to be repaired by the local dealership. They will keep your car for ages, and when they finally decide to work on your car, they will not do a proper job the first time. You will have to go back to them over and over again. The dealership principal doesn't care about customer complaints, the workshop manager is so arrogant to a point that he will not even greet you and only talk to you as if he's forced to. Technicians will give you probable responses without doing a proper assessment. And if you try to escalate the matter to VW national, you're referred back to the same dealer because they can't get involved as dealership are independently owned. I know all this because that is my recent experience. Pathetic. Basically, all they care about is selling cars, post sales service is not necessary.
