Pathetic service

My car has been with VW Midrand for 3 weeks now and there's still no indication of when I'll get it back. I was initially told it would take a week to fix, a week later I was told to wait another week and no the service advisor can't give me any timelines. I was promised a courtesy car but I'm still waiting because it's 'not back at the dealership yet'.

This service is pathetic and the employees along with the service manager don't care to communicate.

I'm appalled to say that least.
