Pathetic Service

<p>I took my car in just before christmas to be checked as i was having a rattle sound coming from the brake pads.</p> <p>I was adviced that they would quote me if work needed to be done on the vehicle.</p> <p>Later that day i was called to be told i have after market brake pads and in order to fix the rattle, i will need to change all my brake pads and will cost me -/+ R4500.00.</p> <p>I declined the quote but i need to pay a R900 charge for diagnostics. Which is bulls*** as what machine can tell you that the brake pad is rattling. Its mechanical. </p> <p>Anyway an arranged was made for me to pay R473.10 to get my car back.</p> <p>Only to discover when i recevied the car you could see that the back wheel wasn't even removed from the car.</p> <p> </p> <p>Took my car to a mechanic today and he just put the spring back and rattle is gone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dealerships aren't about keeping the customer happy anymore it's more about MONEY.</p> <p>Pathetic thats all i can say. I paid for something that wasn't fixed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Trust me they won't be seeing me again.</p> <p> </p>
