pathetic service

I called to take my car in as it is making a funny noise in the engine and they can only book my car in after 5 days but the car is under warranty. I left a message for the manager Steven that was in a meeting to contact me but I am still waiting for Steven to contact me. This is not acceptable if my car breaks down who will be liable for damages, as my wife uses the car on a daily basis and she does not have alternative means for transport. This is the 3rd time I am having problems with this dealershipand I brought 2 cars from this dealership. I've been a Volkswagen ***** sins a young age and only drives Volkswagen but with this ****py and pathetic service I do not want to drive a Volkswagen anymore, promoting a brand with this kind of service and how they value their customers.
