Pathetic, putrid service

<p>I'm so disgusted by the way the situation was handled after having my car taken in to Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen Westgate. After being at the dealership for two weeks it still wasn't fixed. I took it in for an assessment and was told that I'd be called but ended up calling after the dealership. They said my water pump needed to be replaced, this is after it had been replaced 14 months ago at the same dealership. When I was called late afternoon 1.5 weeks later to fetch my car I was then told past 4 the afternoon that the car was taken for a test drive. Now two weeks later I am told that I need to replace my radiator. </p> <p> </p> <p>Are they even doing a proper assessment?</p> <p>Do they know what they are doing?</p> <p> </p> <p>My car is now in a worse off position than what it was when it went into the dealership and on top of that my car was filthy. </p> <p> </p> <p>They're unprofessional and I will never have my car fixed there and you shouldn't either. The lady who assisted me was Mpho. That's if you can even call that assistance. Lots of lies and pathetic, putrid service. </p>
